对于石油化工企业而言,必要的设施设备是企业生产的基本物质条件,是石油化工企业的主要生产工具与必要手段,设施设备的可靠性、稳定性,直接关系着企业生产效率与经济效益,因此设备管理工作就显得尤为重要。为进一步提高石油化工企业设备管理工作的有效性,本文基于作者自身实际工作经验,就如何创新设备管理模式提出了部分探讨性建议,以最大限度保障企业设备运行的可靠性与稳定性,促进企业生产效率与经济效益提升。
