从废硬质含金中回收钨和钴,我省还是一个空白点。据国外专利报导,用锌熔法处理单一废合金,只能处理未被脏化的废合金,且产量极低。对于复杂而脏化的废合金,包括各种牌号的W—Co和W—Co—Ti以及W粉、Co粉、混合料、磨屑料、残料等,采用火法熔炼—硝石熔融法打开合金,得到钨钴熔融体,再进行分离和提纯为好。南昌硬质合金厂开展了这方面的探讨工作,并取得了较好效果。在钨回收方面,现已用于成批生产,其流程如下:
