2002年12月是党的十六大闭幕后的第一个月,又是2002年的收关之月。人民日报的报道内容有如下几个大的板块:1.深入宣传贯彻党的十六大精神。头版头条位置开设了《认真学习贯彻十六大精神》专栏,通过各地干部群众结合当地工作实际学习大会报告的体会,进一步宣传党的十六大精神;连续10多天以重要版面报道中央宣讲团在各地宣讲的情况,及中央领导在宣讲团出发及回京时的接见情况;发表了刘云山、曾培炎等同志的一组9篇大型理论文章。
