目前,测定硅锰、锰铁、金属锰、锰矿等试样中的锰,都是用磷酸溶解试样的“三价锰”方法,我们做了一点改进:用自行设计的异型小烧杯(见附图),在小体积下完成测定,收到了节约试剂,加快了分析速度的效果. 硅锰、锰铁、金属锰称样0.1克,加磷酸5~6毫升,盐酸、硝酸各1毫升,加热溶解,当液面上出现少许白烟时取下,加硝酸铵1.5克,摇匀后稍冷,趁热加水10~15毫升,用约0.035N亚铁铵标准溶液滴定. 锰矿、高锰渣称样0.1克,加盐酸3毫升,加热至试样全部或大部溶解,加磷酸5毫升,以下同上述操作步骤. 烧杯的造型 (1)底小才能节约试剂,但不能过小,否则容易翻倒;
