一稿两投(一稿多投)是指同样的文稿或实质性内容相同的文稿投寄给两个或两个以上的媒体。二次发表是指同样的文稿或实质性内容相同的文稿在两个或两个以上的媒体发表,无论是印刷版媒体还是电子媒体。《药物不良反应杂志》不接受一稿两投或二次发表的论文,读者在本刊上所阅读的论文都是原始的、首发的,除非声明是按作者和编辑的意图重新发表的。这一规定符合中国和国际版权法、道德规范及资源使用的成本效益原则。但这并不妨碍下列论文向本刊投稿:(1)已经被其他刊物退稿的
Two manuscripts (multiple manuscripts) refer to the same manuscript or the substantive content of the manuscript sent to two or more media. Secondary publication means that the same or substantially identical contribution is published in two or more media, whether on print or in electronic media. The Journal of Adverse Drug Reactions does not accept two or two articles in a single manuscript, and the articles the reader reads in this publication are original and original, unless the claims are republished in the intent of the authors and editors. This provision is in line with the cost-benefit principles of copyright law, ethics and resource use in China and internationally.
