全民阅读是中央宣传部、中央文明办和新闻出版总署贯彻落实党的十八大关于建设学习型社会要求的一项重要举措,农村阅读是全民阅读的重要组成部分。文章通过对浙江省农村居民阅读状况的调查与分析,阐述农村居民阅读的现状及其存在的问题,提出合理配置文献资源、完善基础设施建设、建立农村志愿者队伍、推动文化活动分享、建立监督评测机制等一系列对策。
Reading by all is an important measure taken by the Central Propaganda Department, the Central Civilization Office and the Press and Publication Administration to implement the requirements of the 18th CPC National Congress on building a learning society. Rural reading is an important part of reading for all. Through the investigation and analysis of the reading status of rural residents in Zhejiang Province, the article expounds the status quo of rural residents’ reading and its existing problems, puts forward the reasonable allocation of literature resources, perfecting infrastructure construction, establishing rural volunteer team, promoting cultural activities sharing and establishing supervision Evaluation mechanism and a series of measures.
