山东省沂水县张马小流域,位于沂山前怀,是沭河的发源地。总面积28.73km~2,其中耕地7074亩,宜林山滩30683亩。流域内有9个行政村,6230口人,人均1.1亩耕地,5.6亩山滩。自1984年淮委将该流域定为联系点以来,他们分别采取了四条主要措施,大大加快了小流域治理步伐,取得了明显的经济效益和生态效益。一抓退耕还林,地尽其力。该流域十分注意坡耕地的改造和治理,对不适宜种粮食的地块,进行了调整,做到了因地制宜适地适树,改变了过去只重视生态效益,忽视经济效益的作法。全流域三年退耕还林5000亩,其中栽植苹果、山楂的面积占80％以上。
Yishui County, Shandong Province Zhang Ma small watershed, is located in front of Yishan, Shuhe birthplace. The total area of 28.73km ~ 2, of which 7074 acres of arable land, 30,683 acres of Yilin Beaches. The basin has 9 administrative villages, 6230 people, 1.1 mu of arable land per capita, 5.6 acres of beach.
