肾错构瘤(肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤)为较少见的肾脏良性肿瘤,肾细胞癌为肾脏最多见的恶性肿瘤,二者并发于同一肾脏则极为罕见。我科收治1例,报告如下。男,64岁。右侧腰腹部钝痛1月余。体格及实验室检查未见异常。B超检查见右肾中上极腹侧有一3.5×3.7×3.2cm增强光团,内部回声不均,边界不规则。CT直接增强扫描示右肾上极皮质内3.5×3.5×3cm低密度占位性病变,其内密度欠均,边缘尚清。IVP未显示异常。1987年6月5日在持续硬脊膜外麻醉下行右肾癌根治术。术中见右肾上极有一直径约4cm之肿瘤,余肾大致正常。病理报告:右肾上
Renal hamartoma (renovascular smooth muscle lipoma) is a rare renal benign tumor, renal cell carcinoma is the most common malignancy of the kidney, the two concurrent in the same kidney is extremely rare. I treated 1 cases, the report is as follows. Male, 64 years old. Right waist and dull pain more than 1 month. Physical and laboratory tests showed no abnormalities. B ultrasound examination showed that the right kidney in the ventral pole has a 3.5 × 3.7 × 3.2cm enhanced light group, the internal echo uneven, irregular boundaries. CT direct enhanced scan showed the right renal cortex within the 3.5 × 3.5 × 3cm low-density space-occupying lesions, the internal density of less than, the edge is still clear. IVP showed no abnormalities. June 5, 1987 underwent continuous epidural anesthesia right renal cell carcinoma radical surgery. Surgery, see the right kidney on a very large diameter of about 4cm of the tumor, remaining kidney roughly normal. Pathology report: Right kidney
