宫外孕是常见于妇科临床治疗工作中一种急症,多是由于输卵管炎致使孕卵在宫腔内运行不畅,进而导致孕卵子宫腔外着床发育的异常现象[1],若没有得到尽早的诊断与救治,很容易因破裂而引发失血性休克乃至死亡等严重状况,临床危害性极大。对宫外孕患者及时准确的诊断,是保障其接受有效治疗的重要前提。本院近年来对宫外孕患者应用经阴道超声联合腹部超声的诊断方式,临床效果令人满意。现总结如下。1资料与方法
