安东專区在桓仁县召开了全区档案工作現場会議。这个現場会把档案资料展览舘当做会場,大家坐在展出的材料周围,采取了看事实、听介绍、学文件、互相說、自己想、大家比等方法,只用兩天时間,就取得了开展利用工作的“真經”。大家感到这次会議的开法很新鮮,效果突出,大有層層推行之必要。我們根据这个意見,又研究采用了一个更新的办法,就是把桓仁現場会議的档案资料展览馆,变成全区流动展览馆,把各县在桓仁現场会议上展出的资料统一登記起来,按照專区和各县商定的日期和路线,到各县去流动展出。我們这样做了
