评价酮粉法和血酮仪法诊断奶牛酮病的性能。于某集约化牛场选取1~6胎次,产后7~21 d泌乳奶牛291头,分别用血酮仪检测血液β-羟丁酸含量和酮粉法检测乳液,诊断奶牛酮病。结果表明:血酮仪法具有检测准确,检测率高,但费用较高,易受环境因素影响等特点,不适合集约化牛场大批量使用。酮粉法具有样品采集简便,价格低廉,且具有较理想的检测灵敏度等特点,适合奶牛群体酮病筛查诊断。酮粉法更适合大型牧场泌乳初期奶牛酮病的群体检测,血酮仪可用于对疑似牛的确诊性检测。
To evaluate the performance of ketoprofen and hematinone in the diagnosis of ketosis. In an intensive farms select 1 to 6 embryos, postpartum 7 ~ 21 d lactating dairy cows 291, respectively, blood ketone test for blood β-hydroxybutyric acid content and ketone powder test emulsion, milk cow disease diagnosis. The results showed that blood ketone assay has the characteristics of accurate detection, high detection rate, high cost and easily affected by environmental factors, which is not suitable for intensive use of intensive cattle farm. Ketone powder sample collection has the advantages of simple, inexpensive, and has the ideal detection sensitivity and other characteristics, suitable for the diagnosis of ketosis in dairy cattle screening. Ketone powder method is more suitable for large-scale pasture cow milk ketone disease detection group, hematology analyzer can be used for the diagnosis of suspected cattle.
