精细化电力营销服务管理质量

随着市场经济的发展,电力行业的发展也面临着全新的挑战,因此在新的电力市场环境中,我国的供电企业应该重新审视自己的电力营销服务管理,积极发现其中的问题,并采取相应的措施对电力营销服务实行精细化管理,提高其服务质量。因此在本文中,笔者结合自身多年的工作经验,从精细化电力营销管理的内涵和意义入手,并分析了当前环境下其中存在的主要问题,最后提出了供电企业实行精细化电力营销服务质量的解决对策。
