目的对某医院改建的数字X射线摄影(DR)机房产生的放射性职业病危害因素进行建设项目职业病危害控制效果放射防护评价。方法依据国家相关的放射卫生标准与方法进行。结果该DR机性能及机房的屏蔽防护均符合国家相关标准的要求,但仍存在一些问题如:放射工作人员未按规定及时培训等。结论该项目能够遵循国家有关法律、法规、规章、标准、规范要求,其射线装置电离辐射危害防护设施和防护措施可行、有效,符合要求。能有效降低电离辐射对工作人员及公众的危害,该工程的放射性危害防护设施等条件达到竣工验收的要求。
Objective To evaluate the radiation protection of occupational hazards in the construction project of radioactive occupational hazards caused by reconstructed digital radiography (DR) in a hospital. The method is based on national standards and methods of radiation health. Results The DR machine performance and the room shielding are in line with the relevant national standards, but there are still some problems such as: radiation staff not timely training and other requirements. Conclusion The project can comply with the relevant laws, regulations, rules, standards and norms of the state. The radiation protection devices and protective measures for radiation damage of the radiographic equipment are feasible and effective and meet the requirements. Can effectively reduce the harm of ionizing radiation to the staff and the public, and the conditions of the radioactive hazard protection facilities of the project reach the requirements of completion and acceptance.
