一、高频氮化——国营长虹机器厂该厂1963年参考兄弟厂的经验,采用了高频氮化,效果显著,沿用至今。氮化装置示意如下图。对38CrMoAlA钢进行高频氮化的工艺参数是:氮化温度 520~580℃;保温时间,80~120分;热源,260型高频发生器;停止加热后,在风扇气流冷却下炉冷15~30分后出炉。此项工艺的特点是:1.操作方便,系统简单,由于炉膛是透明的,对零件的氮化全过程是直观的,温度高低,均匀程度,零件的质量情况都看得见,情况如有变化可以随时调整各个参数;2.生产效率高,氮化80~122分钟后,层深可达0.12~0.25毫米,比一般气体氮化的速度快5倍以上;3.渗层抗蚀性好;4.
