肾病综合征是儿科常见肾脏疾病,是肾小球疾病中的一组临床症候群,主要特点是大量蛋白尿,低白蛋白血症,严重水肿和高胆固醇血症,随着医学的不断发展多数患儿可以治愈,但部分患儿因激素耐药和免疫力低下等原因频繁反复发作,成为临床亟待解决的关注问题。我院自2011年7月至2013年10月,应用中药保留灌肠配合西医治疗小儿难治性肾病综合征32例,取得了较为理想的疗效,现报道如下。1资料与方法
