1月17日,昆明市人代会继续就几个报告进行分组讨论,云南省委常委、昆明市委书记仇和在谈到市民最为关心的房价问题时说,昆明房价不低,是存在巨大的贪污腐败。仇和说:“昆明的土地价格比周边城市都低,但是房价不低,为什么?原因是钱到了老板的包里。这是巨大的贪污腐败!为什么?因为部分官员当了老板的保护神。
