目的:分析和探讨儿科临床抗生素应用过程中存在的问题和相应对策。方法:选取2013年6月到2015年6月我院收治的儿科患者154例,按照入院编号随机分成两组,对照组77例,未接受抗生素应用干预,观察组77例,对患者实施抗生素应用干预,根据两组患者的抗生素应用情况,分析抗生素临床应用中存在的问题和应对策略。结果:观察组抗生素选用不合理、抗生素配伍不合理和用药疗程不合理等问题的发生率分别为2.60%、1.30%、3.90%,均明显低于对照组(14.29%、11.69%、15.58%);同时观察组患者的抗生素使用率(48.05%)明显低于对照组(72.72%),药敏试验送检率(66.23%)明显高于对照组(38.96%)。此外,观察组患儿的住院时间(2.28±0.51)d也明显短于对照组(4.81±1.39)d,组间对比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针对儿科临床上抗生素应用存在的问题采取相应的干预管理措施,能够有效改善儿科临床上抗生素的应用情况,降低抗生素使用率,促进患儿的康复,具有一定的临床实用价值,值得临床进行推广和应用。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the problems existing in the application of pediatric clinical antibiotics and the corresponding countermeasures. Methods: A total of 154 pediatric patients admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups according to the hospital admission number, and 77 patients in the control group were treated with antibiotics without intervention. The drug susceptibility test was significantly higher (66.23%) than the control group (38.96%). In addition, the hospital stay in observation group (2.28 ± 0.51) d was also significantly shorter than that in control group (4.81 ± 1.39) d, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Taking appropriate interventions and management measures for the clinical application of antibiotics in pediatrics can effectively improve the clinical application of antibiotics, reduce the usage of antibiotics and promote the rehabilitation of children, which is of clinical practical value and worthy of clinical implementation Promotion and application.
