本研究从农村家长的角度出发,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式分析家长需求的现状。面对农村幼儿园中出现的各种问题,幼儿园要加大投入,加强师资建设,多与家长沟通交流;家长要转变教育观念,配合幼儿园工作,特别是父亲应该多陪幼儿成长。
From the perspective of rural parents, this study analyzes the current situation of parents’ needs through questionnaires and interviews. In the face of various problems appearing in rural kindergartens, kindergartens should increase investment, strengthen teachers’ construction and communicate with parents more. Parents should change their concepts of education and work with kindergartens. In particular, fathers should spend more time with their children.
