中国石油四川销售绵阳分公司董家沟油库连续13年保持了系统安全生产先进油库的第一名,荣获了中国石油集团公司、股份公司、炼油与销售分公司的各项荣誉。2003年,在获得中国石油集团授予“百面红旗单位”的荣誉称号之后,又再接再厉,创造性地推行“一培三卡六关”的管理方法,筑牢了油库安全的“防火墙”。

In 2003, after being awarded the honorary title of “100-unit Red Flag Unit” by China National Petroleum Corporation, it redoubled and creatively implemented the management method of “one training, three cards and 6 levels,” and built a “firewall” that is safe for oil depots.
