近年来,南昌市因家庭琐事、家庭矛盾引发的暴力性案件逐渐增多,据统计:2016年仅南站所接家庭暴力报警51(殴打他人)起,调解51起,受侵害对象是家庭妇女的比例为90%以上。随着社会法治进程的加快,家庭暴力已经越来越被社会各界所重视,家庭暴力问题已成为婚姻家庭亟待解决的突出问题。为了深入了解目前南昌家庭暴力现状,分析其发生的原因,探索制止家庭暴力的有效方法十分必要。
