2月22日,广东省中山市第一人民法院执行局依法对坦洲镇长埔街22号陈润新房屋进行强拆。为了收回集体土地,坦洲镇新前进村枝埔经济合作社去年把陈润新告上法庭,原告去年10月胜诉,判决12月生效。因双方补偿款没有谈拢,陈家拒绝搬迁。陈润新的房屋处于广珠西线高速三期坦洲段施工工地,成为延误广珠西线高速三期坦洲段半年之久的“拦路虎”。依法强拆过程中,陈的家人愿意签订原定的拆迁补偿协议,使“强制拆迁”成为“协议拆迁”。
