探讨 nm2 3-H1 与食管癌发生发展、分化程度、转移的生物学行为之间的关系。方法 应用流式细胞术 (FCM) ,检测 6 5例食管癌及 30例食管正常粘膜中 nm2 3-H1 蛋白的定量表达 (荧光指数 ,FI)。结果 nm2 3-H1 蛋白在食管鳞状细胞癌中呈高表达。TNM b、 期 nm2 3-H1 蛋白表达明显低于 、 a期 (P<0 .0 1) ,转移组 nm2 3-H1 蛋白表达显著低于非转移组 (P<0 .0 1) ,nm2 3-H1蛋白在不同分化程度的食管癌中表达无差异。结论 nm2 3-H1 蛋白与食管鳞状细胞癌发展转移密切相关 ,且发挥负性调节作用。
To investigate the relationship between nm2 3-H1 and esophageal carcinogenesis, differentiation and metastasis of biological behavior. Methods Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the quantitative expression of nm23-H1 protein (fluorescence index, FI) in 65 cases of esophageal cancer and 30 cases of esophageal normal mucosa. Results The nm23-H1 protein was highly expressed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of nm23-H1 protein in TNM b stage was significantly lower than that in stage a (P <0.01), and the expression of nm23 3-H1 protein in metastasis group was significantly lower than that in non-metastasis group (P <0.01), nm23 There was no difference in the expression of -H1 protein in esophageal cancer with different degree of differentiation. Conclusion The nm23-H1 protein is closely related to the development and metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and plays a negative regulatory role.
