笔者在临床中,总结出一些行之有效的自拟方剂。多年观察疗效满意。现介绍如下: 寒痹牛膝地黄汤:牛膝24克,熟地18克,黄芪18克,当归10克,白芍18克,寄生15克,杜仲15克,细辛3克,川草乌各4克,甘草10克。主治腰腿痛或一侧大腿外侧明显疼痛并兼有屈伸不利,遇冷或劳累加重。西医坐骨神经痛,多属此类。肝肾虚易导致寒邪入侵,伤及筋骨而致腰腿疼痛。治当以补肝肾,壮筋骨,温经止痛。方中以熟地、杜仲、牛膝、寄生补肾壮骨,白芍、甘草舒筋止痛,川草乌、细辛温经散寒止痛,黄芪、当归益气和血。邪除络通疼痛自止。病例:武××,男,52岁,干部。患者患坐骨神经痛已七八年之久,阴雨或天冷时疼痛明显。近来右腿疼痛,屈伸不
