Qiao De Long, a French origin family art. Came to China in 1996 to settle in China and was allowed to enter the open area of the Forbidden City from 2002 to 2004. He used the brush ink with Chinese characteristics in combination with Western painting techniques to reproduce the images of China and his Chinese life. Drawn from Beijing’s old hutongs, courtyard houses and temples, the ancient buildings and private buildings featured in Hebei, Shanxi, Henan, Xinjiang and Shanghai have left traces on Qiao Delong’s album. Even though these buildings are no longer present today, you can still see in their catalogs the ancient, indifferent, and old-fashioned aspects of everything before it became commercial and fashion.
