(本刊讯)据国务院安委办消息:2010年10月中央编办《关于职业卫生监管部门职责分工的通知》下发以来,特别是2011年12月底,《职业病防治法》修改后,国家安全监管总局和各省级安全监管部门采取多种形式,积极推动职业卫生监管职能划转工作。截至目前,全国31个省(区、市)已经全部完成了职业卫生监管职能划转工作,地市级职能划转为86%,县区级为75%。其中,北京、上海、天津、重庆、甘肃、海南、河北、湖北、江苏、辽
(Ben Kanxun) According to the Information Office of the State Council, since the issuance of the Circular on the Division of Responsibilities of Occupational Health Regulatory Authorities in October 2010, especially since the end of December 2011, after the revision of the Law on Prevention and Treatment of Occupational Diseases, SAFE and provincial safety supervision departments take various forms and actively promote the transfer of occupational health supervision functions.
