根据当前我国高职教育发展趋势和高职体育课程教学改革的要求,把市场经济中的“商业超市”运营模式与当前高职体育教学相结合,提出了“超市化”体育教学模式,并分别从其涵义、理论依据、基本思路、教学途径等方面进行研究,指出了该模式是以“健康第一”和“终身教育”为主线,积极开展高职体育课程改革的一种尝试。
