本文阐述了光子计数技术测量微弱光的一般原理;测量误差来源和消除或削弱测量误差的方法。重点介绍作者运用微处理机设计的具有若干智能的光子计数系统,它是光子计数技术向智能化方向迈进的初步尝试。
This article describes the general principles of photon counting techniques for measuring feeble light; sources of error, and methods of eliminating or attenuating measurement errors. This paper focuses on the author’s own intelligent photon counting system designed by a microprocessor. It is a preliminary attempt of the photon counting technology to move towards intelligence.
