关于能力建设与高考改革同行的研究,其主要目的是为了解当前能力建设与高考改革之间的关系,以便能够通过高考改革的形式,提升教师和学生的能力。自从我国实施改革开放与对外开放后,我国的经济水平显著提升,综合国力也日益增强。我国关于人才的选拔主要是通过高考的形式,伴随着社会的进步,以往的高考制度已经无法满足对人才的选拔。因此,在新的形势下,我国为了更好地利用高考选拔优秀的人才,逐渐加强了对高考制度的改革。主要以浙江高考改革试点为例,对高考改革的情况进行分析,并研究高考改革与能力建设的关联性。
The main purpose of the study on capacity building and entrance exam reform peers is to understand the relationship between current capacity building and college entrance examination reform so that the ability of teachers and students can be improved through college entrance examination reform. Since the implementation of China’s reform and opening up and the opening up to the outside world, China’s economy has risen significantly and its overall national strength has also steadily risen. The selection of talents in our country is mainly through the college entrance examination form, along with the social progress, the past college entrance examination system has been unable to meet the selection of talents. Therefore, in the new situation, in order to make better use of the college entrance examination selection of outstanding personnel, our country has gradually strengthened the reform of the college entrance examination system. Mainly in Zhejiang college entrance examination reform pilot as an example, the reform of the college entrance examination analysis, and study the relationship between college entrance examination reform and capacity building.
