应用莨菪类药治疗缺血性心脑疾患,疗效显著,临床报告屡见不鲜。但对其改善冠脉微循环是否通过增加心肌内毛细血管血流量,尚未有实验证实。本文用~(86)铷测定在不同时值、不同剂量下莨菪类药对小鼠心肌营养性血流量的定量观察。
The treatment of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases with the genus of anisodamine is effective and the clinical reports are not uncommon. However, its improvement of coronary microcirculation by increasing intramyocardial capillary blood flow, has not been experimentally confirmed. In this paper, ~ (86) rubidium determination at different times, different doses of anisodamine drug-induced myocardial blood flow in mice quantitative observation.
