构建学习型党组织是当前社会主义建设的重大决策之一,它对于党的发展及执政地位的巩固具有重要的意义。在学习型党组织建设过程中,国企学习型党组织建设是不容忽视的环节。通过推动国企学习型党组织建设,可在国企当中引入成熟的学习模式,有利于提升党员干部的学习积极性,为国企持续发展提供可靠的动力。基于此,本文对国企学习型党组织建设进行了探讨,并提出了相关策略,以供参考。
Building a learning party organization is one of the major decisions in the current socialist construction. It is of great significance to the development of the party and the consolidation of its governing status. During the construction of learning party organizations, the building of learning party organizations in state-owned enterprises can not be ignored. By promoting the construction of state-owned learning party organizations, it is possible to introduce a mature learning model among state-owned enterprises, which is conducive to enhancing the learning enthusiasm of party members and cadres and providing a reliable impetus to the sustainable development of state-owned enterprises. Based on this, this paper discusses the construction of state-owned learning party organizations and puts forward relevant strategies for reference.
