塑料输血用具是应用高分子材料制成,在技术先进的国家已普遍应用。据报道,1972年美国输血400万升,其中90%用塑料袋保存。1973年日本曾生产聚氯乙烯输血袋450万套。国产塑料输血用具于1963年开始研制,1965年我院赴昆明医疗队,首先在基层连队应用塑料输血袋,并在团卫生队建立塑料用具输血组织。十几年来共采血60多万袋,先后应用于抗美援越战争、珍宝岛战役。1976年唐山抗震救灾中,空运数千套塑料输血用具,供基层使用,受到医务界的欢迎。一、塑料输血用具的特点及应用情况
Plastic blood transfusion appliances are made of polymer materials, which are widely used in countries with advanced technology. It is reported that in 1972 the United States transfused 4 million liters, of which 90% were preserved in plastic bags. Japan produced 4.5 million sets of PVC blood transfusion bags in 1973. Domestic plastic blood transfusion instrument was developed in 1963, 1965, our hospital went to Kunming medical team, first in the grass-roots company team to apply plastic blood transfusion bags, and in the health team to establish plastic transfusion tissue. Over a dozen years a total of more than 600,000 bags of blood, has been used in the War to Resist the United States and Vietnam, Zhenbao Island campaign.
