目的综合分析小儿脑瘫护理中实施康复训练以及护理干预的效果以及必要性,提高小儿脑瘫康复效果。方法选择我院在2013年3月~2015年3月期间收治治疗的80例小儿脑瘫患者作为实验研究对象,患儿家属均知情并同意。按照临床护理干预方法的不同,分为采取康复训练和护理干预的实验组以及采取常规干预的参照组,对比两组患儿临床护理干预效果以及患儿家属对于临床护理干预的满意度。结果经过干预后,实验组、参照组患儿的智力发育指数(MDI)、运动发育指数(PDI),均明显优于实验前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验后所得改善结果,实验组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,对比两组患儿家属的护理满意度,实验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对小儿脑瘫患者,采取康复训练联合护理干预能够从智力发育水平以及运动发育情况上进行直接改善,最终提高患儿的自理生活能力以及生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect and necessity of rehabilitation training and nursing intervention in pediatric cerebral palsy nursing and to improve the rehabilitation effect of cerebral palsy in children. Methods 80 cases of children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2015 were selected as the experimental subjects. The families of the children were informed and agreed. According to the different methods of clinical nursing intervention, divided into experimental group taking rehabilitation training and nursing intervention and taking the routine intervention reference group, comparing the clinical nursing intervention effect of two groups of children and their families’ satisfaction with clinical nursing intervention. Results After intervention, the mental development index (MDI) and motor development index (PDI) of the experimental group and the reference group were significantly better than those before the experiment (P <0.05). Results obtained after the experiment to improve the results, the experimental group is better than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). At the same time, nursing satisfaction of relatives of two groups were compared, the experimental group was higher than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In children with cerebral palsy, rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention can be directly improved from the level of mental development and sports development, and ultimately improve their ability to take care of themselves and the quality of life.
