《松南书庐丛钞》一书专钞乾隆时期的禁书目录,此书至今未得到研究者重视,未见被利用,于是书编者,各家亦均付阙如。《续修四库全书总目提要(稿本)》《东北地区古籍线装书联合目录》等皆未明言著者名号。《松南书庐丛钞》每页下黑口有“古北海郡郭氏松南书庐藂钞”字样,题这样字样的还有《莱郡经籍考》《许学三书》等。经考证,可知《松南书庐丛钞》编者应为潍县郭祐之。郭氏富于藏书,且精金石鉴别。著有《续齐鲁古印攈》《潍县科第考》《松南书屋书目》《松南书庐丛钞》等书。
