档案作为一种历史记载和依据,长久以来,一直起着重要的作用。随着经济的发展,社会对人才的需求,作为一种考核依据和证明身份的方式——档案,也逐渐为人们所重视。档案事业的建设也已被列入了国民经济和社会发展计划。为了加强对档案的管理和收集、整理工作,有效地保护和利用档案,为社会主义现代化建设服务,《档案法》的实施使档案管理有法可依。加强档案馆员的综合素质和业务水平,可以使档案管理更合理、更完善。
