实践证明,卫生行业作风建设与卫生事业发展密切相关,是保障医药卫生体制改革顺利进行、促进医疗卫生行业健康发展的重要手段,也是卫生系统贯彻落实科学发展观、维护人民健康权益的具体体现。党的十八大再次将医德医风建设列入报告的内容,专门提出要“提高医疗卫生队伍服务能力,加强医德医风建设”。这既充分说明了卫生系统行业作风建设的重要性,同时也对广大医务人员提出了更高的要求。
Practice has proved that the hygienic work style building is closely related to the development of health undertakings. It is an important means of ensuring the smooth progress of the medical and health system reform and promoting the healthy development of the health care industry. It is also a concrete manifestation of the health system implementing the scientific concept of development and safeguarding people’s health and rights. The 18th National Congress of the CPC once again put the content of building a medical ethics and medical ethos in the report and specifically put forward the proposal of “improving the service ability of medical and health teams and strengthening the construction of medical ethics and medical ethics”. This not only fully demonstrates the importance of building the style of work in the health system industry, but also sets higher demands on the majority of medical personnel.
