In order to meet the needs of underground projects and areas with low water content, we worked together with the Air Conditioning Institute of the National Construction Engineering Research Institute for Building Construction. The original Shenyang Fan Heater Plant processed and prototyped the KL-2 and KL-3 surface types with cold water as the refrigerant. The purpose of the air cooler is to obtain a better cooling effect of the process air with less cold water. The KL-2 and KL-3 cooler prototype tests, in collaboration with the Seventh Design Institute of the Second Engine Department, have completed the testing of the thermal and hydraulic properties of the prototype, and have been formally identified by Shenyang.
