目的了解长沙市居民对全民健康生活方式行动知晓现况及相关因素。方法对长沙市五个城区采取分层随机抽样调查1 002名居民,进行问卷调查。结果 1 002名调查对象分别有49.2%(493/1 002)及32.3%(324/1 002)的比例知晓“健康一二一”行动及全民健康行动宣传日。“健康一二一”行动知晓率:年龄组以18~60岁年龄组最高,为51.8%;职业以生产运输设备操作人员及有关人员、机关党群企业事业单位负责人、办事人员和有关人员、专业技术人员较高,均在50.0%以上;文化程度以高中/中专/技校及以上文化程度人群较高,均在50.0%以上;全民健康行动宣传日知晓率:年龄组以18~60岁年龄组最高,为34.2%;生产运输设备操作人员及军人较高,均在50.0%以上;文化程度以高中/中专/技校及以上较高,均在30.0%以上。“健康一二一”行动及全民健康行动宣传日知晓相关因素为年龄、文化程度及职业。结论长沙市居民对全民健康生活方式行动知晓不够,要对低年龄和高年龄组、文化程度及职业分层较低的人群加强宣传。
Objective To understand the status quo and related factors of residents in Changsha about their health behaviors. Methods A total of 1 002 residents were surveyed by stratified random sampling in five urban districts of Changsha City for questionnaire survey. Results A total of 1 002 respondents were 49.2% (493/1 002) and 32.3% (324/1 002), respectively. They were aware of the “Health 11-21” action and the National Health Action Awareness Day. “Health one hundred twenty-one ” action awareness: the age group of 18 to 60 age group was the highest, 51.8%; occupation to the production of transport equipment operators and related personnel, government organs and party enterprises and institutions responsible person, staff and The relevant personnel and professional and technical personnel are all above 50.0%; the education level is higher than 50.0% of the population with high school / technical secondary school / technical school education or above; the awareness rate of the National Health Action Awareness Day: the age group is 18 The highest in the 60-year-old group was 34.2%. The production and transportation equipment operators and military personnel were both above 50.0%. The educational level was higher than 30.0% in high schools, technical secondary schools, technical schools and above. The “Healthy 11 January” action and the National Health Action Awareness Day recognize the relevant factors as age, education level and occupation. Conclusion Residents in Changsha know enough about the National Healthy Lifestyle Initiative. They should step up publicity for those with lower age and senior age, education level and lower occupational stratification.
