研究不同含量的纯玻璃纤维对尼龙6树脂力学性能的影响,然后通过多巴胺和纳米氮化硼对玻璃纤维表面依次进行改性,研究改性前后玻璃纤维复合材料的力学性能与导热性能。结果表明:加入30%纯玻璃纤维时,复合材料力学性能最好;在加入玻璃纤维含量相同时,表面经过纳米氮化硼改性后的纤维增强尼龙6复合材料力学性能和导热性能均有很大提高。
The effect of different content of pure glass fiber on the mechanical properties of nylon 6 resin was studied. The surface of glass fiber was modified by dopamine and nano-boron nitride to study the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of the glass fiber composite before and after modification.
