我院用东莨菪碱辅助治疗呼吸衰竭36例取得良好效果,现报道如下.一、临床资料36例呼吸衰竭患者,男21例,女15例.年龄最大的82岁,最小49岁,平均年龄64.2岁;农民28例,占77.8%,工人6例,占16.7%,干部2例,占5.5%,以农民为多.原发病:慢性支气管炎29例,占80.5%;支气管扩张2例,占5.5%;肺结核4例,占11.2%;支气管肺癌1例,占2.85.临床表现:呼吸困难、口唇发绀36例,占100%,谵语、无意识动作
In our hospital with scopolamine adjuvant treatment of respiratory failure in 36 cases achieved good results are reported as follows.A clinical data of 36 cases of respiratory failure patients, 21 males and 15 females.The oldest is 82 years old, the youngest 49 years old, with an average age of 64.2 years ; Peasants in 28 cases, accounting for 77.8%, workers in 6 cases, accounting for 16.7%, cadres in 2 cases, accounting for 5.5%, with peasants as the primary disease: chronic bronchitis in 29 cases, accounting for 80.5%; bronchiectasis in 2 cases, accounting for 5.5%; tuberculosis in 4 cases, accounting for 11.2%; bronchial lung cancer in 1 case, accounting for 2.85.
