近几个月来,一批腐败高官,如陈良宇、王昭耀、刘志华、王有杰、杜世成等相继落网。这些都充分显示了中央向腐败分子“亮剑”的决心,也赢得人民群众的称赞和信任。1月9日,中共中央总书记胡锦涛在中央纪律检查委员会第七次全体会议上发表重要讲话时,再次强调切实抓好领导干部作风建设,充分展示了中央严肃查处违反党的纪律的行为,严肃查办领导干部滥用权力、谋取私利、贪污贿赂、失职渎职等方面案件的坚定决心。而在中纪委第七次全会通过的公报中,也详细列举了近年出现的新腐败形式,基本涵盖了与领导干部们经济生活密切相关、同时也最可能滋生腐败的主要方面。包括以借为名占用车房,参与赌博或以变相赌博等形式收钱敛财等。公报指出,对“领导干部利用职权和职务影响”谋取利益“要坚决清理纠正”。这实际上是把官员的生活细节纳入反腐败的视野。
