近年来 ,长治市城市水土流失日趋严重。调查分析认为 ,自然因素虽然为土壤侵蚀提供了潜在可能性 ,但人类不合理的生产活动则是触发和加剧城市水土流失的根本原因。根据城市地域结构、景观特点及人为的生产活动 ,将长治市城区划分为五大类型区 ,即城市中心区、城市交通区、旅游风景区、城市开发区和工矿企业区。针对各区水土流失的成因及特点 ,应分别采取相应的水土保持措施 ,其中包括有行政管理措施和水土保持技术措施等
In recent years, Changzhi City, urban soil and water loss is increasingly serious. According to the survey and analysis, though natural factors provide potential for soil erosion, irrational human activities are the root cause of triggering and exacerbating urban soil and water loss. According to the urban area structure, the landscape characteristics and the man-made production activities, the urban area of Changzhi City is divided into five major types of areas, namely urban center area, urban traffic area, tourist scenic area, urban development area and industrial and mining enterprise area. According to the causes and characteristics of soil and water loss in each area, corresponding measures should be taken for soil and water conservation, including administrative measures and technical measures for soil and water conservation
