深基坑工程施工会对其周边的建构筑物产生不利影响,客观地评估这种影响不仅有利于基坑工程的安全施工,而且能有效地保护既有建构筑物的安全。历史保护建筑通常年代久远,易损难复,且承载着除建构筑物本身之外的特殊历史和文化价值。在城市建设过程中的保护备受社会各界关注,也是摆在深基坑设计者面前的重大难题。本论文以华侨城42街坊基坑工程为例,基于“时空效应”原理,遵循分层、分块、对称、平衡、限时的开挖原则进行设计和施工,取得了很好的变形控制效果,保证了临近历史保护建筑的安全。在此基础上对紧邻历史保护建筑的深基坑工程设计施工进行总结,将会对类似工程的合理设计和安全施工工程提供借鉴。
The construction of deep foundation pit will adversely affect the building structures around it. Evaluating this effect objectively not only is conducive to the safe construction of foundation pit works, but also can effectively protect the safety of existing structures. Historic buildings are generally old, fragile and complex, and carry special historical and cultural values beyond the building itself. Protection in the process of urban construction has drawn much attention from all walks of life and is also a major challenge for designers of deep foundation pit. Based on the principle of “space-time effect ”, this paper takes the excavation project of 42 OCT Street in OCT as an example, and designs and constructs according to the principles of stratification, sub-block, symmetry, balance and time limitation, and achieves good deformation control effect , To ensure the safety of the historic buildings nearby. On this basis, summarizing the design and construction of the deep foundation pit in the vicinity of the historical protected building will provide reference for the rational design and safe construction of similar projects.
