目的调查新疆库车县维吾尔族糖代谢特点,分析影响糖代谢的危险因素,为该地区糖尿病的防治提供依据。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法对库车县城及周边6个乡村维吾尔族居民的糖代谢及其相关因素进行调查分析。结果男性城乡之间INS、FBG和HOMA-IR均有显著性差异,女性城乡之间FBG有显著性差异,且城镇男女之间HOMA-IR有明显差异(P<0.05)。男性LDL可明显影响HO-MA-IR的水平(β′=0.267,P<0.05),BMI和WC可显著影响FBG的水平(β′分别为-0.192和0.186,P<0.05);TG、BMI和WC对女性糖代谢有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论年龄增大、血脂紊乱和肥胖是新疆库车县维吾尔族人群糖代谢异常的危险因素,均衡营养和适当运动是预防其肥胖和2型糖尿病的基本措施。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of glycometabolism in Uygur in Kuqa County of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and analyze the risk factors influencing glycometabolism in order to provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of diabetes in this area. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to investigate the glycometabolism and its related factors in 6 rural Uighur populations in Kuqa county and surrounding areas. Results There were significant differences in INS, FBG and HOMA-IR among male urban and rural areas, with significant differences in FBG between urban and rural women, and between urban and rural HOMA-IR (P <0.05). The level of HO-MA-IR was significantly affected by male LDL (β ’= 0.267, P <0.05), BMI and WC significantly affected the level of FBG (β’ = -0.192 and 0.186 respectively, P <0.05) And WC on female glucose metabolism have a significant impact (P <0.05). Conclusions Age, dyslipidemia and obesity are risk factors of abnormal glucose metabolism in Uygur population in Kuqa County, Xinjiang. Balanced nutrition and proper exercise are the basic measures to prevent obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
