多瞬症也称频繁瞬目、眼睑反射异常,是指双眼睑频频眨动,不能自主控制,每分钟在12次以上,不伴有面肌痉挛及其它全身体征的一种眼科病症,中医称为“目劄”。本病有间歇性、复发性、时疏时频及不能自主等特点,常发于3～12岁的小儿,以男孩多见。临床症状表现有:眼睑频繁眨动而不能自主。轻者眼睛外观如常,也无不适感;重者可见白睛微红或感觉痒涩不舒;患儿常喜用手拭揉眼睛,有的烦躁易怒或偏食及食欲不振等。笔者在临床上
