目前,财务工作在部队中的地位越来越重要,对促进军事经济的发展有着明显的作用,同时,新问题也层出不穷,整体的发展形势不容乐观。因此,要想提高部队财务工作的质量,就要从思想意识上加强部队的职业道德素质建设,制定出明确的职业行为准则,全面落实部队会计的职业道德教育建设工作。
At present, the financial work has become more and more important in the military and has played a significant role in promoting the development of the military economy. At the same time, new problems have emerged in an endless stream. The overall development situation is not optimistic. Therefore, if we want to improve the quality of our troops’ financial work, we must strengthen our army’s professional ethics and ideology to formulate a clear code of professional conduct and fully implement the professional ethics education in military accounting.
