近年来,我们把人才工程的实施作为“一把手”工程。结合江阴市现有13000名教师,开展师资队伍现代化工程建设,确立了师资队伍“一足”(数量充足)、二高(学历高移、师德高尚)、三优(结构优化、素质优良、待遇优厚)“的总目标,明确了以提高思想政治素质为先导,提高文化业务水平为基础,培养跨世纪中青年骨干教师和学科带头人为重点的人才工程。
