对家族企业来讲,二代接班既是富有挑战的命题,又是充满个性特色的实践活动。本文中,我们邀请3对父子,参与二代接班话题的全方位思考。这些入选企业,既有珠三角地区的代表,也有家族企业更为密集的长三角地区的代表;既有港资企业,也有内资企业;既有上市公司,也有非上市公司;下一代接班人既有独生子,也有多个兄弟姐妹的情况。他们的思考与实践,印证着家族企业在传承之路上的足迹。
