一九九一年十月三日桂政办[1991]119号各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,柳铁,防城港区,区直各委、办、厅、局:自治区教委等部门《关于贯彻<幼儿园管理条例>和<幼儿园工作规程(试行)>的报告》,业经自治区人民政府同意,现转发给你们,请结合本地区、本部门的实际,认真贯彻执行。幼儿教育是社会主义教育事业的重要组成部分,是学校教育的预备阶段。搞好幼儿教育事业对提高我区人口素质和少数民族文化水平具有重要意义。各级人民政府、各有关部门对幼儿教育事业应予以高度重视,切实加强领导。要制定幼儿教育发展规划,建立幼儿教育工作“地方负责、分级管理和有关部门分工负责”的管理体制,解决园舍、师资、设备、经费等问题,加强幼儿园科学管理,提高保教质量,为更好地发展我区幼儿教育事业而努力。
