目的为了解北京市门头沟区孕妇尿碘水平,评价该重点人群碘营养状况,为完善碘缺乏病防控策略提供数据支持。方法采用随机监测方法,在2014-2015年上半年和下半年分别对孕妇尿碘开展检测,每次检测不少于100人。结果共检测孕妇尿碘407份,尿碘中位数为150.8μg/L,最低值为25.0μg/L,最高值为679.9μg/L。尿碘水平<150μg/L的碘营养不足人群占48.89%。结论门头沟区孕妇人群尿碘水平总体处在碘营养适宜水平;提示约有半数比例的孕妇可能存在碘营养不足。
Objective To understand the level of urinary iodine in pregnant women in Mentougou District of Beijing and to evaluate the iodine nutrition status in this population and to provide data support for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods Randomized monitoring methods were used to detect urinary iodine in pregnant women in the first half of 2014-2015 and the second half of each year, with no less than 100 tests per test. Results A total of 407 urinary iodine in pregnant women were tested. The median urinary iodine was 150.8μg / L, the lowest was 25.0μg / L and the highest was 679.9μg / L. Urine iodine levels <150μg / L iodine malnutrition accounted for 48.89%. Conclusions The urine iodine level of pregnant women in Mentougou District is generally at the appropriate level of iodine nutrition. It suggests that about half of pregnant women may have iodine deficiency.
