目的探究乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)超声与钼靶分级联合诊断早期乳腺原位癌的临床价值。方法分析2013年11月-2015年6月在天津医科大学肿瘤医院接受手术治疗且经病理结果证实的51例乳腺原位癌患者的临床资料并列为观察组,选取同时期本医院收治的43例乳腺良性疾病患者作为对照组,比较两组患者肿块影像学特征及BI-RADS超声与钼靶分级诊断结果。结果两组患者肿块影像学特征比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且BI-RADS超声与钼靶分级方法诊断观察组乳腺原位癌患者的灵敏度为78.43%,特异度为72.09%。结论 BI-RADS超声与钼靶分级联合诊断乳腺原位癌,显著提高了诊断的灵敏度和特异度,为临床诊断早期乳腺原位癌提供了参考,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of combining the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (BI-RADS) with mammography to diagnose early-stage breast carcinoma in situ. METHODS: The clinical data of 51 patients with carcinoma of the breast in situ who were surgically treated at Tumor Hospital of Tianjin Medical University between November 2013 and June 2015 were included in the observation group. Forty-three patients Breast benign disease patients as a control group, the two groups of patients with tumor imaging characteristics and BI-RADS ultrasound and molybdenum target grading diagnostic results. Results There was significant difference in imaging features between the two groups (P <0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of BI-RADS and Molybdenum target grading were 78.43% and 72.09% respectively. Conclusion The combination of BI-RADS and mammography in the diagnosis of carcinoma of the breast in situ significantly improves the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis. It provides a reference for clinical diagnosis of early carcinoma of the breast and has high clinical value.
